We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes, from small puppies to large and giant breeds. Our groomers are experienced in working with a variety of different coat types, temperaments and grooming requirements.
If it’s your dog’s first visit to The Groom Haus, we ask that you complete an online booking request. This allows you to share important details about your dog and review our customer agreement.
Appointments can be booked online via our website or by calling us on 0403 012 477. Walk-ins are welcome for nail clipping and bang trims, but all full grooming services must be scheduled in advance to ensure we can provide our calm, unhurried, and personalised care.
The duration depends on the service, as well as your dog’s size and coat condition. On average, a full grooming session takes 2 to 3 hours for small to medium-sized dogs, while a wash and dry can take as little as 45 minutes.
Our receptionist will provide an estimated completion time when you drop your dog off, and we will contact you when they are ready for pick-up.
